- Requests to exchange must be made 48hours after receiving the hair,
- One exchange per order
- Remore hair will not accept a return of hair that has been used, washed or lace has been tempered with.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been worn.
- Customer is responsible for courier charges to and fro when an exchange is facilitated.
- Returns older than 10 days will not be accepted.
- Clear stock collection wigs didn't accept exchange .
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
